Karoliina Luoto
Karoliina Luoto is a lean agile consultant, change maker and self-organizing coach. Her 20 years of career has included coaching and facilitating, but also work in media and digital services, investments and societal development. During her coaching career, Karoliina has helped organizations from startups to public sector and industrial businesses to reach more effective ways of working. Karoliina is a collaborator in agile methods development and a frequent speaker on agile topics also on international arenas. Karoliina loves adventures in nature, such as mountain biking and free skiing.
Päivi Thuneberg
Päivi Thuneberg is service designer, agility consultant and business transition coach. For 15 years she has helped larger organizations, several startups as well as individuals and teams. She has worked with strategic insight and news business development, designed and improved existing services and renewed work practices to be customer centric. Improvements to the project portfolio methods are no stranger to her either. Päivi’s empathy and ability to get people to play with their strengths are central to her approach. She is also a certified solution centric coach.
Miika Kuha
Miika has had a long track record in several large international enterprises. He has worked as an expert with usability research, user interface design and product concepts. Roles in management teams, processes and product ownerships help to support others in similar contexts. Developing new solutions and continuously improving the existing have been consistent themes on his career. Training, facilitating and coaching have been his tools for introducing change to organizations for over 25 years. On his free time, Miika gets recharged in nature and steers a kayaking club.
